I had a truly exceptional experience at Hotel Les Sources Des Alpes. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, just like they did for the guest mentioned in the database. The manager even arranged a special trip for me when I was running short on time. The view from my room's balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and the outdoor spa surrounded by nature was a true oasis of relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and stunning amenities. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A stunning location, atop a town built around thermal baths. The hotel has its own (small!) baths, both indoor & outdoor. I watched both dusk and dawn come over the mountains from the outdoor hot pool, with snow banks just inches away.
The hotel was decorated all in coordinated colors -- but that was some years ago. My room was simply tired: the carpet was faded, stained and dirty, all three; the "distressed" white wicker furniture was grimy; the old-fashioned bed cover unappetizing. The lounge area was similarly past its prime. But the bath was fine, and the location made up for a good deal.

Nice room.
We had problem finding the hotel in town. Jaccuzi (whirl pool) facility could be better.

We had an amazing New Year's experience in a stunning hotel with a great view of the mountains. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. the location was perfect, we were close to the slopes and the town centre.
The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the bed was a bit too soft for our liking.

the restaurant
the turkish bath (hammam) was not in fuction. This was not indicated neither on theri website nor on Booked.net. We we said that they lied telling they had ordered to give this indication on the website..the sauna and the pool were dirty.

Staff were very friendly - location is good.
Rooms and facilities are overpriced. The sauna can take 4 people max, 2 footpaths, a reasonable sized indoor pool and an outdoor pool that is ok size wise. Dinner and drinks very expensive - 60CHf for 2 standard brandies and a small cigar........

Great service upon arrival and staff were friendly. Parking facilities were a plus. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The outside pool was hot and relaxing with beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast was cooked to order for each dish.

Lovely hotel and room. Good breakfast in the morning. Good service. Friendly staff although maybe a bit too keen.
There was no free wifi. Despite the very high price of rooms, we still had to pay extra if we wanted access to the internet.

This hotel offers a breathtaking location, as it is nestled by a stunning waterfall and the picturesque mountains. the rooms are spacious, well-equipped and feature comfortable bedding. Guests can also enjoy a hearty breakfast with plenty of options and exceptional service from the welcoming staff. the spa facilities are also a great highlight, including hot fountains and a lovely view.
The supposedly gourmet restaurant can be disappointing in terms of service and quality of food.

I had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations, especially the Spa & wellness centre which was clean, spacious and had a range of treatments available. the Indoor swimming pool was the perfect temperature and the Jacuzzi was a great way to unwind after a busy day. the Spa lounge and Turkish bath were also top-notch. the service was impeccable and all my needs were fulfilled. the restaurant had delicious food and the breakfast had a range of menu options.
The only minor issue I had was with the outdoor swimming pool. While the view was stunning, the pool was colder than expected.
